It is your responsibility to guarantee that all items are returned in the same working condition as when they were initially provided. You must ensure they are adequately wiped down and cleaned, if necessary. Neglecting this requirement will incur a service fee for "clean up," as outlined in your signed contract. Please refer to the contract for additional details if needed.
This package includes a 20x40 tent, 72 chairs, eight 6ft tables, a 160 QT YETI cooler filled with ice for beverages, and three 10lb bags of ice.
The tent includes individual side walls, which may be installed or removed based on the renter’s preference and weather conditions. Side walls are provided as separate panels and not as a single wrap‑around enclosure. 3B Rental, LLC is solely responsible for the setup and takedown of the tent.
